including claims against real estate brokers and agents such as negligence,
fraud/misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and disclosure obligations.
Mortgages
and foreclosures,
including transactions relating to the litigation, consultation or negotiation
of mortgages, mortgage refinancing, individuals or entities in default of a
mortgage or those already involved in steps of the foreclosure process.
Landlord
and tenant issues,
including the preparation, negotiation and enforcement of residential and
commercial property leases, janitorial service agreements, elevator maintenance
agreements, parking garage management agreements, construction contracts for
tenant improvements, security service contracts, landscaping service contracts,
property management agreements, lease compliance issues, and other matters that
arise from time to time.
