Alexander Tuttle is currently a practicing attorney admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Courts as well as in the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania as well as the State of New Jersey. Mr. Tuttle concentrates primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Family Law.
While attending Touro Law School in New York, Alexander worked for two years in a New York District Attorney's office. While there, he worked in the Economic Crime Bureau where he helped to prosecute felony level economic crimes as well as in the District Court Bureau, helping with various misdemeanor offenses. Additionally, Alexander gained valuable insight into the judicial decision making process while clerking for New York Supreme Court Justice Michael F. Mullen.
After returning to Pennsylvania, Mr. Tuttle was originally heavily involved in representing lenders through the foreclosure process as well as companies involved in commercial disputes. However, Mr. Tuttle has recently shifted his focus to the representation of individuals in a variety of settings to ultimately avoid foreclosure outcomes.
